Digging myself into a Hole,then a Hike

I did a little work digging some more on the Fish Pond. So far its at 3 1/2 feet. I want to go down to 5 feet then i'll stop there. My Koi need it deep to spawn, at least 4 feet or so. My pond was only at 2' when i first built it but i didn't know my little 2" fish would grow out of it in time. They are now pushing 14 inches ! This will be the last time i'll be digging the pond so i better make it count. Anyway, thats what i did.

After that i wanted to go up for a hike with my dog (more rat than dog!). Yes, even after that work out i still wanted to go up to the hills. It was a nice time of the day so i went around 4:30 or so. It would be getting dark soon but i don't care, I like it better. Its a lil spooky but not much , i'm used to it at night. It didn't rain so it was cool. But what a good sweat going up! I like that kinda workout! I got back down about 7:40 so that was good. Then i was ready for a good meal and a good hot shower! yeahsssir!! Well its almost 3am and raining again so i better hit the sack, seeya....wouldnt wanna be ya! :)
